Account Registration

Account login credentials — including passwords and two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential. Players must not share account access with any third party. x44 will treat all actions performed through a registered Player's credentials as authorised by that Player.

Deposits & Payments

x44 accepts deposits through a range of Malaysian-friendly payment channels. Supported methods may include FPX bank transfers, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank direct transfer, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong and USDT cryptocurrency. • All deposits must originate from a payment account or method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawals

Players may submit a withdrawal request for real-money funds held in their x44 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account must have completed all required KYC verification steps;

• Bonuses are awarded at the sole discretion of x44 and may be modified or discontinued at any time;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the x44 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to scraping, mirroring, re-publishing or commercially exploiting any part of the platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, x44 and its officers, directors, employees, licensors and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising from or connected to the use of or inability to use the x44 platform.

x44 does not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform;
• That odds, game outcomes or sports results will meet a Player's expectations;
• That the platform will be compatible with every device, browser or network configuration.

x44's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by proven negligence.

Termination

x44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting x44 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Upon account closure — whether voluntary or initiated by x44 — the Player's licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law — shall remain in effect.

Amendments to Terms

x44 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a prominent notice on the x44 platform and, where reasonably practicable, via email to the registered address associated with each active Player account.

Continued use of the x44 platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Player does not agree to an amendment, they should cease using the platform and contact x44 support to initiate account closure.

The "Effective Date" shown on these Terms reflects the date of the most recent significant revision. Older versions are not archived publicly but may be requested from x44 support where there is a legitimate reason for review.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the x44 operator is incorporated and licensed, as disclosed in the applicable operator documentation. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with x44 support shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified under the applicable licensing framework.
